The Expat Company - History

The Expat Company began activities in 1995 under the name Job-Express and since then has successfully matched many qualified candidates with international client companies within The Netherlands and the European Union.

The Expat Company continues to expand and grow both the client company and candidate base within The Netherlands and abroad for international recruitment and HR solutions.
 
In 1998 The Expat Company expanded operations to include Dutch recruitment activities, placing Dutch candidates in permanent positions throughout the Netherlands.

In 1999 The Expat Company developed a new service for international companies under the tradename Personnelize and became a full service HR Consulting & Recruiting firm. Job Express International Recruitment for recruitment solutions and Personnelize for HR Consulting.

In 2001 The Expat Company opened its first front office in the heart of Almere Stad under the name of Job-Express. This front office combined with the work methods of our consultants have contributed to its success and reputation as a professional recruitment and HR firm.

In late summer 2004, The Expat Company relocated to the Millenium Building in the Gooisekant Business Park in Almere. In their new modern facilities, The Expat Company can accomodate their clients and candidates in an efficient and professional manner with plenty of space and several meeting rooms.
